Affordable housing is for individuals in all industries and
positions to have the ability to find attainable housing. Please review the
application checklist below prior to submitting an application.

ARE YOU A QUALIFIED APPLICANT?
Any applicant or household living in one of these apartment
homes can earn up to the following annual incomes. Please use the below
guidelines to identify homes that best fit your approved income limit.
Your annual household
income must fall at or below the limits stated within the 80% Area Median
Income (AMI).

The
following documentation will be required (no photocopies allowed) before your
application can be processed and again, annually upon renewal:
Valid passport, drivers license, or personal identification card for every
household member 18 years and older.
- Two months of consecutive
pay stubs, bonus and overtime will be calculated as part of the income.
- Award letter or
verification form for any social security benefits, SSI, pension funds,
child support, etc.
- Asset - If total value is
under $50k, then self-certification/attestation is sufficient. If over
$50k, provide (2) bank statements.
- All full-time student
households are not permitted unless one of the student exceptions are met.
- Affordable housing lease
terms are for 12 months.
IMPORTANT
INFORMATION! Apartments
will be monitored for compliance with applicable income and eligibility
requirements and are subject to other restrictions. Residents are subject to
annual re-certification.
